I am in Tucson staying at the Casino Del Sol, which is the closest lodging to the Kitt Peak National Observatory. Later today I will be paying a visit to my friends at Starizona followed by the journey in the desert to the mountain peak where the Kitt Peak observatory is located. Our first activities include settling into the dormitories, dinner, a walk to the roll-off-roof (RoR) observatory, sunset viewing, equipment setup in twilight and PixInsight Part 1.
