Object: NGC 6914 is a reflection nebula located approximately 6,000 light-years away in the constellation of Cygnus, and was discovered by Édouard Stephan on August 29, 1881. Ultraviolet radiation from stars in the Cygnus OB2 association ionizes the nebula’s hydrogen.

Filters used: Optolong L-Pro 2″ with a Starizona 2″ filter drawer
Exposures: 236×90 seconds, for a total exposure time of 5.9 hours; calibrated with 40 dark frames, 40 flat frames with 40 flat-darks
Seeing Conditions: Average-Below Average. Bortle 5 region.
